[e-litebeat] Life Changes due to Triathlon

Hello all,
I'm writing an article for Triathlon Life's magazine featuring elites
who have delayed life plans (grad school/ career / having kids/ etc.)
in order to try to qualify for the Olympics, XTERRA Worlds or Ironman
Hawaii.
Please let me know if you have altered your life plans for triathlon
and would be interested in being featured in the article.

[e-litebeat] Athlete of the Year Nominations?

Hello,
The Athletes Advisory Council is currently developing our list of
nominees for Athletes of the Year. Following are the categories:

Male & Female ITU Athlete of the Year
Male & Female Multi-Sport Athlete of the Year (all races EXCEPT ITU
are considered)
Male & Female Rookie of the Year (1st pro race was in 2007)

Please email AlisonAAC@yahoo.com with any nominations for this list by
Wednesday (11/7). The AAC will then collect race resumes from each
athlete nominated and make a final recommendation to USAT on the winners.
